Psychiatry and Mental Health
Emotional Wellness Clinic

Absolutely. I would take this one step further and make the introduction function as both a welcoming overview of The Traveling Therapist and a clear guide to the services you provide. This version distinguishes therapy, psychiatric evaluations, and ongoing medication management while keeping your practice’s mission at the center.
The Traveling Therapist LLC
Who We Are and How We Can Help You
Founded in 2018, The Traveling Therapist LLC began as a single-owner practice with a mission to make quality mental health care accessible to our community in Southwest Florida. Since then, we have grown into a comprehensive mental health practice offering psychotherapy, psychiatric evaluations, and medication management to support individuals throughout their mental health journey.
We believe mental health care should be personalized, compassionate, and accessible. Because everyone's needs are different, we offer a variety of services to help individuals find the support that works best for them.
Our Therapy Services
Our therapy services provide a supportive environment where individuals can explore their emotions, navigate life's challenges, improve relationships, and develop healthier coping strategies. We work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, OCD, mood disorders, adjustment disorders, and other mental health challenges.
Our Psychiatric Evaluations
Our psychiatric services begin with a comprehensive evaluation to better understand your symptoms, mental health history, and treatment needs. These evaluations help our psychiatric providers determine an appropriate course of care and identify whether medication or other interventions may be beneficial.
Our Medication Management Services
Medication management provides ongoing psychiatric care for individuals who may benefit from medication to help manage their mental health symptoms. Our psychiatric providers monitor treatment effectiveness, evaluate potential side effects, and make medication adjustments when clinically appropriate. Whether you are beginning psychiatric treatment or continuing an existing medication regimen, our goal is to help you manage your symptoms safely and effectively.
Medication management may be provided alongside therapy or as a separate service when clinically appropriate. We believe that combining therapeutic support with psychiatric care, when indicated, can offer a more comprehensive approach to mental wellness.
Care That Meets You Where You Are
We serve individuals from age 6 through the end of life. Whether you prefer in-person appointments at one of our Southwest Florida locations or the convenience of telehealth, our team is committed to providing individualized care that considers your unique needs, personal goals, and available resources.
We also believe that quality mental health care should be accessible and affordable. We work with a broad range of insurance providers and strive to offer appointments as soon as 72 hours when availability permits.
At The Traveling Therapist LLC, our goal is to help you build the skills, confidence, and support needed to navigate life's challenges and improve your overall well-being. Thank you for considering us as your partner in mental health care. We look forward to helping you take the next step toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
Important Scheduling Information
Submitting a request for services does not guarantee an appointment. Your visit is confirmed only after you have spoken with our Front Desk team and completed all required patient paperwork. Our team will guide you through the steps needed to finalize your appointment.
