Bilingual Psychological Evaluation for Immigrant Visa. Please note if you speak a language other than English or Spanish, you will have to bring an interpreter. This service is not covered by Insurance. You will need to give the Clinician at least 7 days to complete the report.

Cancellation Policy
*All Bookings are considered a "Request" they are not guaranteed. When the Request is completed, one of our Front Desk staff will be in touch to confirm availability.
*No Show/Late Cancellation Policy: Please note our policy states that there will be a $25 fee for Therapy visits and $50 fee for Psychiatry visits that are not cancelled within 24hrs of the appointment time.
*Payment Policy: Out of pocket costs for services will be charged on the day of your appointment, unless visit is cancelled. (see no show policy above)
