Unfortunately, no. Insurance will not allow it.

To avoid having your visit cancelled, our policy is that all new patients must turn in their paperwork no later than 24 business hours before their appointment.

When you come in for the first visit, you will meet with your new Provider and complete a full evaluation where you will be asked about your past history, your family history, medical history, and social history. At that time, you will work with the Provider to develop a treatment plan based on your needs. The visit will take between 60-90 minutes.

*No Show/Late Cancellation Policy: Please note our policy states there will be a $25 fee for Therapy visits and $50 fee for Psychiatry visits that are not cancelled within 2hrs of the appointment time.*Payment Policy: Out of pocket costs for services will be charged on the day of your appointment, unless visit is cancelled. If your visit as already been charged and you cancel within 2hrs of the visit a credit or refund will be issued. A 2% credit card processing fee is charged for all payments made by credit card, to avoid the fee you can pay in cash, check or by logging into your Patient Portal the day before the visit, using your date of birth and your own selected password.  If you miss or cancel 3 visits in the same month, you may be terminated from services.

We will make attempts to contact you, but if there is no response we will close the case and email you a termination letter. You are welcome to return at a later day, however, appointments and therapists are subject to availability.

We have Providers that see children as young as 6 years of age and adults all the way to end of life.

Most Medicaid (NOT THE GOLD CARD), Most Health Insurance, Medicare, most Medicare Advantage Plans, and Tricare. Unfortunately there are countless insurance plans out there and we can't guarantee that we take each one, instead we recommend that you message us the Front and Back of the insurance card with your name and DOB. This will allow the Billing Department to review your coverage. *Note while we strive to provide the most accurate information for coverage we are at the mercy of the insurance representatives, if the information seems incorrect we recommend that you reach out to your insurance and confirm as well.

We have an office in Cape Coral, Ft. Myers. and Port Charlotte. The addresses are on our Homepage. We also offer Telehealth. When available, we can do Therapy in Nursing Homes also (Assisted Living Facilities and Independent Living only).

Yes it's possible, but you need to be sure your Internet connection is reliable. And you have to be evaluated by the Therapist to make sure you are a good candidate.

*Payment Policy: Out of pocket costs for services will be charged on the day of your appointment between 8-12pm, unless visit is cancelled. (see no show policy above)Our policy is to have each Client, regardless of insurance, leave a form of payment on file. This keeps all parties on track with payments and prevents any delays in services due to non-payment.You can request to have a text reminder sent to you before being charged. You can choose to bring in a check, even if you have a form of payment on file. All check payments are due the day of the office visit. You can also pay with cash.If you are an established patient you may also check out your charges on the Therapy Portal.

f you refuse to pay, the first thing we will do is stop all services. If the amount has exceeded $120 you may be subject to collection, although we try to avoid that at all cost by offering manageable payment plans.

All Forms related to Disability and FMLA require the patient to be established with the practice, that means you will need to have an Intake visit and at least 3 sessions with your Provider and the cost for the Form is $60. Note this is NOT covered by insurance.

We are not qualified to certify service animals. However we are able to write a letter for an Emotional Support Animal. The cost is $60 and you have to be seen at least 3x to establish history of services.
