Welcome! I’m Lexi, a dedicated therapist with a passion for helping others heal. I hold a Master's degree in Social Work from Florida State University and am currently a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern on the path to earning my LCSW in the state of Florida.

Prior to my work in private practice, I have provided therapy and mental health support in a variety of settings, including schools, nonprofit organizations, and government organizations. Using a strengths-based, solutions-focused, and client-centered approach, my goal is to help you, the client, navigate and process feelings of hopelessness, anxiousness, frustration, and sadness. Combined with my use of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and concepts of Play Therapy with younger children, I am committed to offering a comprehensive and compassionate approach to mental health, personal growth, and emotional regulation. I am also certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). This specialized certification enhances my ability to provide targeted support to children, adolescents, and teens who have experienced trauma.
