The Traveling Therapist LLC, located in Cape Coral, FL, is a true example of what a person can do under adversity. This is our story. 
 

In 2018 I found myself at rock bottom after losing my father to cancer and my dream job all within the same week. I felt like I had no purpose; I barely had the energy to function. For three months, I experienced what true grief is like. However, something remarkable came out of the pain; a fire was lit inside me, and I was determined to get my life back and stop playing small; I was going to do whatever it took to reach my lifelong dream of owning my private practice. I had no money, but I had determination. 
 

I started small, collecting back the pieces of my life, got a part-time job, and worked after hours building my dream. Eventually, I worked out of my car, traveling to clients' houses because I couldn't afford an office. 

But I was blessed with the most incredible and loyal patients who believed in me, and slowly I built my practice into what it is today. As the practice grew, I was joined by Therapists who have, in many ways, impacted me and my practice, teaching me many life lessons without which I could not have become the person I am today. 

My hope has always been to create a space where the Clients feel heard and appreciated, where our Clinicians have the freedom and autonomy to live their best life, and where we care for each other.
