I am dedicated to helping clients in addressing their concerns and reaching their goals to improve their overall wellbeing. My approach is client-centered, open-minded, and supportive, utilizing a blend of techniques from various therapeutic models such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Expressive Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and more. I believe in tailoring the care for clients to the unique needs of each individual, recognizing that mental health solutions are not one-size-fits-all.

I hold a B.A. in Marketing, a B.S. in Psychology, and a Master's in Social Work (MSW), all from Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, FL. My experience includes working with clients from diverse backgrounds and addressing a variety of concerns, such as trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, stress, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. This range of experience has helped me develop a deep understanding of the unique challenges people face and the importance of creating a supportive, individualized approach.
