I am person-centered therapist that utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), as well Motivational Interviewing to address your mental and emotional health and treat depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. I am a graduate of Nova Southeastern University (NSU) with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling. I am also a member of the American Psychological Association and American Counseling Association with 10 years of experience in the humanistic field of counseling, coaching and case management.
