Psych Follow Up Visit

For questions call or text our Front Desk at 239-354-7187 This visit is for an established patient, who is looking to discuss their medication and any changes that may be needed. When you come in for the session your Provider will do a brief review of your current mental status and any noticeable symptoms of your diagnosis, then they will review any side effects or changes to your condition. You may also be assessed using tests such as the GAD7 and PHQ9 these tests help us understand how well you are doing on your medication. Take this time to ensure that you discuss any concerns related to your medication and your treatment goal. Also, remember that we DON'T have the ability to keep track of your medication refill due dates, so scheduling your follow-up prior to the end of the visit is highly recommended.

*All Bookings are considered a "Request" they are not guaranteed. When the Request is completed, one of our Front Desk staff will be in touch to confirm availability. *No Show/Late Cancellation Policy: Please note our policy states that there will be a $25 fee for Therapy visits and $50 fee for Psychiatry visits that are not cancelled within 24hrs of the appointment time. *Payment Policy: Out of pocket costs for services will be charged on the day of your appointment, unless visit is cancelled. (see no show policy above)
