This support Group is led by Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Owner Yalily Smith. The Group is open for FREE to anyone in the community who has lost a loved one, participant ages are 18 and over. Prior to coming for Group we do ask that you complete Group Consent Forms. See the Forms tab on the Home Menu.
