Liza Castro Robinson completed her Bachelor’s degree in counseling with Empire State College and then her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling with Capella University. Liza has been working as a mental health practitioner for the past three years, specifically serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in the following areas: addictive behaviors and substance abuse issues, self esteem, non-suicidal self-harm behavior, mood disorders, personalities disorders, anxiety disorders, as well as depression. Liza is eclectic and uses a blend of Cognitive Behavioral, solution focused therapy.
