Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, mood changes, low self-esteem, self-harming behaviors, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can provide a safe space to better understand yourself, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Clinician with a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling from Empire State College and a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. For the past eight years, I have had the privilege of working with adolescents and adults facing a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, emotion regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and non-suicidal self-injury.
I believe healing begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and compassion. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout your healing journey.
Because every person is unique, I believe therapy should be tailored to your individual strengths, experiences, and goals. I use an eclectic approach that integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to help you better understand your thoughts and emotions, build resilience, and develop practical tools for lasting change.
I view therapy as a collaborative process. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you with empathy, encouragement, and evidence-based guidance as you work toward the changes that matter most to you. Together, we'll identify your strengths, build on your resilience, and help you gain the confidence and skills needed to live a more fulfilling and balanced life.
No matter where you are in your journey, change is possible. I would be honored to support you as you take the next step toward healing and creating the life you want.
