Hello. My name is Sarah, and I am here to assist you in the process of becoming your healthiest
self. After completing my undergraduate degree in psychology, I received my masters in
counseling psychology. I am now a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, currently
pursuing LMHC licensure in Florida. I have experience working with individuals with addiction,
anxiety, depression, grief, personality disorders, and other mental health struggles. Using
techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy, I will assist you
in coping with what is causing you distress. Sometimes you simply need someone to talk to;
other times you need someone to walk alongside you on your wellness journey. Let me know
